The Description
Floodwood Pond is just south of the St. Regis Canoe Area -- a wilderness area managed for its water resources. The relatively small, sheltered lakes freeze up well and offer great fishing. Floodwood Pond is one of the larger water bodies in this area, and while it is frequented by locals in all seasons, there are enough good fishing spots to be found that everyone will be happy.

Always follow New York state fishing regulations and be sure to pick up a NYS Freshwater Fishing Guide at your local outfitters or regional NYSDEC office.
